The full day experience. First Tucks and then "Endymion in Exile". Stacey cooked Jambalaya, Carol made Gumbo, and I made the Catalan dish "Arroz amb Crosta" which, like Paella, is an ancestor of sorts to Jambalaya. Of course there were king cakes, dips, chips and much more. This really took me back to Endymions past at my grandmother's house on Iberville behind Warren Easton. We'd sleep over and get up the next morning to see Mid City.
